1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the OneDroid website (onedroid.ai), OneDroid OneDroid Synapse (synapse.onedroid.ai), OneDroid Engram (engram.onedroid.ai), and any other OneDroid tools, toolkits, or previews we make available — including anything labeled early access or preview — together, "the Service", operated by Providentia Worldwide ("OneDroid", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
Enterprise deployments under a separately signed license agreement are governed by that agreement where it differs from these terms.
2. The Service
OneDroid Synapse is a governed MCP gateway: your agents connect to one URL, and every tool call is authenticated, policy-checked, and written to an audit log (called the event log in the product). OneDroid Engram is versioned knowledge and memory for AI agents. The Service is free for individuals and small teams; current usage limits, if any, are published on the pricing page.
The Service is evolving. We may add, change, or retire features, and may set fair-use limits to keep the Service healthy for everyone — published on the pricing page before they apply. If we ever discontinue the free hosted Service, we will give reasonable notice and a window to export your data.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account — including every tool call made, and every action taken, by agents you connect and authorize, whatever data those agents relied on.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Your data and credentials
- Your data is yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service: storing your configuration, holding the credentials you connect (encrypted), executing tool calls you or your agents invoke, and maintaining the audit log.
- We do not sell your data and do not use it to train AI models.
- With bring-your-own-database, your data resides in infrastructure you control. You are responsible for that database — its availability, backups, security, and everything stored in it. We do not inspect or validate its contents, and we take no responsibility for them, or for what agents do based on them; we access your database only to operate the Service for you.
- For data hosted on our platform, we take reasonable care, but the free Service is not a backup system — keep copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
- Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Agents act for you, not for us
Agents connected to the Service act on your instructions, under your configuration and your credentials. You — not we — are responsible for what they do and for the results and effects of what they do, including actions an agent takes, or decisions it makes, based on data stored in or retrieved through the Service (whether in OneDroid Engram, in your own database, or from a connected service). Data in the Service is what you or your agents put there; we do not warrant that it is accurate, current, or complete.
The gateway is deliberately mechanical: we transport, authorize, and log tool calls. We do not review them, decide them, or vouch for their outcomes. Before you let an agent take actions that matter — money, messages, production systems — it is up to you to scope its access and check its work. Governance features are tools you configure and operate; we do not warrant any particular outcome from using them.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes, or to infringe others' rights;
- attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent the Service's security or another organization's governance controls;
- interfere with the Service's operation, including deliberate overload or abuse of any fair-use limits we publish;
- use the Service in violation of the terms of the third-party services you connect to it;
- resell or white-label the hosted Service without a written agreement with us.
To report abuse, or content you believe infringes your rights, email michal@onedroid.ai — we will investigate and act, including removal where appropriate.
7. Third-party services
When you connect a third-party service (for example Google, Atlassian, or Slack), you do so at your direction, under your agreement with that provider. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their handling of your data. Disconnecting a service in OneDroid Synapse revokes the Service's stored access to it.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Service, its software, and branding. You own your data, configurations, and anything you create with the Service. Feedback you choose to send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation.
9. Disclaimers
The Service — including everything offered free of charge — is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the results or effects of using the Service, and Section 5 allocates responsibility for agent actions.
Anything marked early access or preview is exactly that: experimental, may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice, and comes with no promises beyond the disclaimers in these terms.
The Dark Factory Toolkit is distributed as open source under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of that code is governed by the Apache-2.0 licence and its warranty disclaimer, not by these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: OneDroid and Providentia Worldwide will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill — including losses arising from actions taken by agents you connect, or from data stored in the Service or in your own database — and our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — including for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, where applicable law so provides.
11. Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against us arising from your data, your use of the Service, actions taken by agents you connect or authorize, or your breach of these terms or of a connected service's terms, you will defend us against that claim and cover the resulting costs, damages, and reasonable legal fees. We will tell you promptly about any such claim.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; stored credentials are then deleted and grants revoked. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service's security, with notice where practicable. After termination we will make your platform-hosted data available for export for 30 days where practicable, then delete it. Provisions that by their nature survive (Sections 4, 5, and 8–11, and Section 14) continue to apply.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. For material changes we will give notice on the website or by email before they take effect; if you keep using the Service after that date, the new terms apply — if you do not agree, stop using the Service and export your data.
14. The fine print, briefly
If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms (plus any signed enterprise agreement) are the entire agreement between us about the Service and replace prior discussions. You may not assign these terms or your account without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Not enforcing a provision once is not a waiver of it. Neither of us is liable for delay or failure caused by events genuinely outside our control. Formal notices to us go to michal@onedroid.ai; we will notify you at your account email. You may not use the Service in violation of export-control or sanctions laws.
