Providentia Worldwide is an engineering consultancy that works inside regulated enterprise estates — health data, financial trading — where "the agent did something and nobody can say what" is not an acceptable outcome. Every component here exists because a real deployment needed it: the gateway because credentials were being pasted into config files, the memory because knowledge kept dying with the context window, the audit log because someone had to answer a compliance question about what an agent had touched. It is not a manifesto — it is the working set of skills, enforcement hooks and verification gates we run, including the ones written after something failed. The core commitment in it is the one we would want from a vendor: an agent's confident summary is indistinguishable from a correct one, so summaries are never accepted — only evidence a human or another agent can independently re-check.
